4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not combined with other data sources. This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Audience measurement with Cloudflare Web Analytics

To see how often which pages are viewed, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA). Your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare that sends anonymous usage data, such as the page viewed, the referring page, browser, device type, country and loading times, to Cloudflare. No cookies are set, no data is stored on your device and no user profiles are created. We only see aggregated figures and cannot identify anyone personally. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in data-minimising audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Calendly

For booking appointments, the Calendly calendar (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA) is embedded on the “Free audit” page. A connection to Calendly is established as soon as you open this page. In the process, technical data such as your IP address is transmitted to Calendly, and Calendly as well as services embedded by Calendly (for example the payment service Stripe) may set cookies. If you book an appointment, the data you enter (name, email, other details if applicable) is transmitted to Calendly. Details: calendly.com/privacy

Google Fonts (hosted locally)

This site uses Google Fonts, which are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to Google servers and no data is transmitted to Google.
